Friend - A Permanent Part of Life Line........!!!

F R I E N D ..............................!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no life without friends at all... jo kahata hai o jhoot bolta hai. Friends played important role in our life in every field( in the form of friendly nature). They are  in different forms, but helping us to live our  life. That could be our family members and relatives as our friends, our neighbours, our residential area people, local shop owners- weather fruits ,vagetbles, grocery itmes, where we used to visit daily basis. friends  travelling together,daily users of Charter bus/train etc . friends in office circle, friends in business circle. Friends in social groups (different e- groups, young uttarakhand group and other e groups), weather in india or abroad. In fact our life is based and running only on friends(friendly nature). Bas farak itna hai ki uskai alag-2 roop hai.....!!!  ( Friends have different faces.....!!! )

Dear Friends...
Now days there are lots of physical/STRESS problems in every body life..like back pain, neck pain, soulders, legs mai pain, sar-dard..etc..etc. I find that baba RAM DEV ji'S YOGA is very usufull, there is no cost at all. What i feel that ... all my friends or otherwise who is not my friend also. IF Daily in the morning YOU CAN find out time 25-30 minutes and DO YOGA. ALOM BILOM, KAPAL BHATATI, PRANAYAM ETC..... U CAN CHECK ASHTA CHANNEL FOR THE SAME IN THE MORNING.5:30AM TO 7:30AM. I AM SURE U FEEL THE CHANGE AFTER DOING SOME DAYS IN REGUALR. I HAVE FOUND IT VERY USUFULL............!!!!!!....TAKE CARE YOUR SELF AND YOU EALTH...........!!!!!!.
.BE HAPPY...AND.....ENJOY...LIFE.....!!!!

Curruption - A major hurdle in the overall development of the country.

"Curruption"

A word comes in my mind...in today's..time...when ever we think to start any work, to build some thing, to buy some thing, to sell some thing, any act in life....we used to  face  a word curruption....it may be small or big....it may be in any form..but.....it is very much present in the society .  I do not know what happened to our society. who is responsible for this.....how we can overcome from this....is there any solutions.... ...when we can live free of mind.

can we or we can....overcome from this word "curruption".............???

I hope one day.......But GOD knows when that one day will come.......................???
